Refund Policy

We want WeatherGrid to be an easy decision: every first subscription payment comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked.

Money-back guarantee

If you are not happy with your first WeatherGrid subscription payment, contact us within 14 days of the charge at hello@weathergrid.com (from your account email, including your order or receipt number) and we will refund it in full.

Renewals and cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings or the Paddle customer portal. Cancellation stops future charges and your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. Renewal charges are generally not refundable and we do not issue partial refunds for unused time, except where required by law or when something on our side went wrong — in that case, write to us and we will make it right.

How refunds are processed

Payments are handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, so approved refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method. They typically arrive within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

App Store and Google Play purchases

Subscriptions bought through the Apple App Store or Google Play are billed by the store, and refunds for them must be requested from Apple or Google under the store's own refund policy — we are unable to issue those refunds directly.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have as a consumer, including withdrawal rights in the EU and UK.
